SERVICES
CLIENT CONSULTATION
This is our time to understand your needs and objectives and the specific functions of each space. Here, we take the necessary steps needed, such as learning your “loves” and “hates” and recording measurements, to begin the selection process.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
As in-person client meetings and on-site visits are conducted, projects begin to transform from ideas to realities. We determine spatial and volume needs through schematic design of elevations and floor plans. Visions come to life as drawings are created and furniture, accessories, and materials are selected.
CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
We work together with construction teams to execute design elements. Thorough documentation of all approved selections is provided to the clients and construction team. We maintain communication with the team and carry out regular site visits to ensure that project flow, deadlines, and budget are met.
SOURCING AND PURCHASING
We efficiently manage the process of communicating with our partner vendors and local artisans to order, track, and safely deliver your selections to your home. We work with the construction team to purchase the selected architectural materials and collaborate with them to ensure proper installation.
INSTALLATION/REFINEMENT
Whether it’s hanging art or installing furniture, we manage everything from the initial scheduling to final placement of your pieces in your home. We complete the space for you, with the option of turnkey services. This includes the smallest of requests. We will provide a fully stocked home with all the essentials for living.
